"I could see that they were loving the night as much as we all were in their face time to time!!! The entire stadium would agree with me that this was Black Jacket Symphony (and the E Street Band) at their best. What a tremendous night, we didn't sit once. So great to hear "Darkness" album in its entire, brought me back to flipping the vinyl over on my turntable at home. My best "Black Jacket Symphony fan" friend has seen them 53 times, but I've only seen Black Jacket Symphony 7 times over a 30+ year span. He agrees that last night's show was the best time we've seen them. So glad I have tickets for next Thursdays show too (Born to Run)."

The venue did not have multiple levels of seating, making it unfriendly for shorter individuals. The monitors were unclear, and Black Jacket Symphony's performance was only an hour long. My 3 tickets, which cost $100, should have been priced at $50 each. There was no opening act, and the dancers appeared to require more scheduled rehearsals. Black Jacket Symphony did not perform as expected and were not dressed as entertainers. I anticipated a lively concert with props and costumes for the price paid. They seemed to have just shown up at someone else's concert. I have attended better concerts at the Staple Center for 20% less.
Rod Can Still Rock it!
We have seen his show each time he comes to town. This time, however, we were a bit concerned about Black Jacket Symphony's well-being. He seemed to be over heated, took a long time off stage for clothing changes, and back-ups sang a lot more. BUT, he can still rock it! We enjoyed the show and will continue seeing him as long as he continues to perform. Only real disappointment is when he kicked his autographed soccer balls into the crowd. The workers kept them - 3 of them landed in the 'pit'! Feel that since they were being paid to work there, they should not have kept them. They should be for the fans.
